The Way Home fans just got a special surprise this weekend. Hallmark released the Season 4 Video Teaser for the finale season. This video shows Andie MacDowell (Del), Chyler Leigh (Kat), Sadie Laflamme-Snow (Alice), Evan Williams (Elliott) and a mystery character, as the pond-jumping Landry family deal with more drama, and hints at even more family secrets.
Here are the details of the video as the finale season of the fan-favorite series returns with new episodes starting on Sunday, April 19.

Hallmark Releases ‘The Way Home’ Season 4 Teaser Trailer
It is no surprise to anyone who follows The Way Home that Season 4 is headed to the Roaring Twenties! This is the era of flappers, Fitzgerald, bootleggers, jazz music, and Gatsby. Fun and frivolous, life is a great big party.
However, we know that another clue to this mystery is the Landry from this era. The Season 4 blogline is “Every past ends in the present.” The final scene from the clip shows Kat being helped out of the pond by a newcomer from the 1920s. According to People, this is a young Fern Landry portrayed by Bianca Melchior.
This is a season of beginnings and endings, starting with Kat and Alice arriving to Port Haven. The preview video shows Alice getting ready to graduate and head into her own future. Later, Jacob (Spencer Macpherson) tells Del, “You need to let me go.”
However, Elliott is still grasping with secrets from the past. He emphatically argues, “You, of all people know what secrets have done to this family.”
Will he ever be able to move forward and get everything he has ever wanted?
Who Is Mystery Woman?
One of the big questions in The Way Home Season 4 Teaser is a photo that shows a younger Del (Julia Tomasone), and Colton (Jordan Doww), standing alongside another young woman. Who is she? Moreover, there is a rip next to her photo. Who is missing? Someone from the future or another new person who knows about the pond?
Another big surprise is that Alice is shown kissing Noah (Alexander Eling). Another clip included has Alice saying, “I think it was our last goodbye.” However, because of the magic of editing a teaser clip like this, it could mean anyone from any era!
Mother-daughter series creators Heather Conkie and Alexandra Clarke shared a glimpse into the upcoming season.

The premiere of The Way Home Season 4 is on Sunday, April 19, at 8 p.m. Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. It will be available to stream on Hallmark+ the next day. Lastly, Season 4 will be available on Netflix later this year.
