Hallmark’s Loveuary programming kicks off with The Way To You. This stars Kim Matula and Aaron O’Connell. This romcom has a delightful twist to the traditional missed connections trope in the romance genre.
The scene is New York City. Emma and Conrad are separately enjoying a meet-cute on the subway. They both experience special connections that feel meaningful and real.
However, they don’t get contact info from that special person who could be the one. That is because there is a power outage, and the chaotic scene has everyone scattering for exits.
Therefore, when Emma and Conrad meet while looking for that person, they decide to team up. But, something happens when they start to work together while searching for each other’s soulmate. They start to fall in love with each other.
Hallmark’s ‘The Way To You’ Has ‘Ghost’ Feel
It seems that in this new Hallmark Loveuary movie The Way To You, there is a scene with a Ghost vibe to it. Anna is at the wheel, molding a clay pot, and their hands are touching. This movie has nice personal moments in the midst of bustling New York City.
This movie has all the date night, romcom feels you want in February.
Lastly, for those who wonder where it was filmed, it was not New York City, but some Canadian magic. According to Entertainment Now, this movie was filmed in Winnipeg, Canada. This is the location of other New York -themed movies including Just One Kiss, and A Carol For Two.

The premiere of The Way To You is on Saturday, February 7, at 8 p.m. Eastern, on the Hallmark Channel. This movie will be available to stream the next day on Hallmark+.
