Nearly a month ago, Hallmark finally released the premiere date for The Way Home Season 4. This bittersweet announcement is for the final season of the beloved multi-generational time travel series that stars Andie MacDowell, Chyler Leigh, Sadie Laflamme-Snow, Evan Williams, and Spencer MacPherson.
This season, they will travel to a new era to get some answer to their questions. Furthermore, they will also be returning to an era we have already visited.

Season 4 will be the finale season for the multi-generational, time-travel series. However, it will not en before they return to the 1970s!
According to People Magazine, the beloved Hallmark series will see a return to the 1970s, which means Julia Tomasone, Jordan Down, and Devin Cecchetto will be back as Sea, Colton, and Evelyn.
Furthermore, this upcoming season will bring in some new faces. This includes Bianca Melchior as young Fern Landry, Gabriel Hogan as Grayson Goodwin, and Dan Jeannotte as Port Haven’s new Temperance Inspector Cliff Kane.

The Way Home executive producers Heather Conkie and Alexandra Clarke revealed that “Season 4 of The Way Home is about new beginnings and uncertain futures.” They added, “On the cusp of Alice’s high school graduation, our three strong-willed Landry ladies face more independent next chapters…whether they’re ready or not. But lingering questions about the past still haunt them.”
Furthermore, they are heading to the Roaring Twenties! “It’s a world of decadent deco glitz and dark dangerous shadows, where flappers and bootleggers run rampant, and a very special member of the Landry family tree is waiting to propel our characters into harrowing new adventures in their quest to seek answers to mysteries still unsolved.”

New journeys and revelations await the Landry family across generations. At the beginning of season 4, Alice (Laflamme-Snow) is about to graduate high school, Kat (Leigh) and Elliot (Williams) dream of the next steps for their relationship, while Del (MacDowell) realizes she will soon be an empty-nester again. But Del, Kat, Alice and Elliot should know by now that no matter how hard they try to focus on the future, the past is never gone. As more mysteries are unearthed, the Port Haven of the past and the Landry family of generations before might just contain the answers they seek.
This promises to be a wild ride as the mystery of the past needs to be revealed, as well as the resolutions of the present.
When Is The Premiere Of ‘The Way Home’ Season 4?
The Way Home Season 4 has a premiere date of Sunday, April 19, at 8 p.m. Eastern on the Hallmark Channel. The new episodes will be available to stream the next day on Hallmark+.
