In a shocking move, Hallmark has sold off their highly-anticipated series Ripple to Netflix! Moreover, Netflix is going to start streaming this series on December 3. Here are the details.

Back in October 2024, Hallmark Media announced Ripple. According to Deadline, this series was starring Pretty Little Liars star Ian Harding, Frankie Faison, Julia Chan, and Sydney Agudong. Created by Michele Giannusa, this was considered a big coup from the network and the EVP of Programming at the time, Lisa Hamilton Daly. She brought in The Way Home, a multi-generational time-travel series that was pitched to her when she was a Netflix executive.

What Is Netflix’s ‘Ripple’ About?

This series follows four people, Walter (Faison), Kris (Chan), Nate (Harding), and Aria (Agudong) who “have unknowingly crossed paths many times but never met.” This includes some of life’s big challenges. Going along with Hallmark’s comfort branding, this is a series that is based around hope. This series is to remind viewers that despite some big challenges to overcome, there is a rainbow at the end of the storm.

Now, like The Way Home, Ripple is on Netflix and Lisa Hamilton Daly’s creative influence on the network has diminished.

Viewers can start streaming Ripple on Netflix starting on Wednesday, December 3.
